Heather works with UsAgainstAlzheimer’s on a range of projects, including writing, grant development support and supporting the launch of the Women’s and African American Networks. In 2011, she founded Jameson Communications, which specializes in health and science. In addition to UsAgainstAlzheimer’s, she has worked with other nonprofits, federal agencies, and businesses, including the NIH, the National Academies of Medicine and Science, U.S. Pharmacopeia, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, and WomenHeart. Earlier, she led communications for Research!America and held senior positions at international public relations firms Ogilvy and Ketchum, directing programs for the CDC, CMS, National Council on Aging, MCI, Network Solutions and others. She holds an AB in English from Davidson College.
